The following definitions apply throughout these Terms and Conditions:

Bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements as specified at the time of the bonus offer. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph653 platform. Violation of any prohibition listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, and forfeiture of all funds:
ph653 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the player has violated any provision of these Terms; (b) the account is being used for fraudulent or illegal purposes; (c) the player has provided false KYC information; or (d) continued operation of the account poses a legal, financial, or reputational risk to ph653 or its PAGCOR authorization.
Players may request account closure at any time by contacting ph653 support. Before closure is finalized, ph653 will process any pending withdrawals of verified real-money balances. Bonus funds are forfeited upon voluntary closure unless otherwise stated in applicable promotion terms.

This limitation does not apply to claims arising from ph653's gross negligence, willful misconduct, or where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable provisions of the Civil Code of the Philippines and all relevant gaming regulations issued by PAGCOR.
In the event of any dispute arising between you and ph653 in connection with these Terms or the platform, you and ph653 agree to attempt to resolve the matter in good faith through direct negotiation in the first instance, by contacting ph653 customer support. If resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute may be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process in accordance with PAGCOR's regulatory procedures. Any unresolved disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts located in the Philippines.
ph653 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ph653 will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on the ph653 website with a revised "Last Updated" date, and where appropriate, by sending notification to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file.
Your continued use of the ph653 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
